Enjoyed my stay in a studio with a comfortable bed and found the staff to be friendly and welcoming throughout my visit.

There was the excellent and great breakfast and we liked the location as well.

The location was marvellous and perfect and the stuff where pleasant. It was located next to a motorway. The atmosphere created was FAMILY. They gave us a neat room with microwave, the bathroom, sleeper sofa.

The atmosphere of the hotel is family! It has a great selection of meals to offer, the food is healthy. Thank you for a quite comfortable stay.

There is a nice garden in the back; the bed had heated mattress; the bus stop is right in front of the hotel; the hotel is very silent; personnel is helpful and speaks English; they offered us free maps of the city, guides, and bus timetable; Wien Card was available to buy at the hotel; the wireless internet works OK even in the room.

The distance to the city center is little over 30 minutes (by bus + underground), but may be compensated by free private parking which we wanted.

The hotel offers a picturesque view of the city and is conveniently located near Vienna's green, mountainous outskirts, with easy access to downtown via public transportation.

independance - it's appartment, not a hotel. good option to stay with kids - enough place to play. There is nothing special, clean and a lot of place.

old washingmashine - was not clear if we can use it or better no. it could be nice if there would be some of bath cosmetics - at least soap.

Smell of smoke from room below. I requested non-smoking room, but there was an obvious smoke odor.

This hotel is absolutely lovely with a beautiful design. the breakfast is excellent, featuring delicious food that really starts the day off right. 😊.

The breakfast was very good and the room was large, modern and clean. On the Booked.net website there were very clear and accurate driving directions which made finding the hotel easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, explaining the public transport links to the centre and offering the use of the kitchen to prepare food for our young daughter.

The outside of the hotel is not very inspiring and the inside (corridors etc.) resembled a university student dormatory. The hotel is a long way from the centre requiring a bus and metro journey to arrive there.

The bungalow is not far from the hotel, very closed to the bus station (1 min walk), quiet place. The rooms are big, kitchen is well equipped.

The room was tidy and cosy, providing a very comfortable experience. It featured convenient amenities like coffee/tea making facilities, fridges, and an oven. the hotel's location is advantageous, as it is close to the outskirts of Vienna, making for easy access to the Inner Ring of the city.

All staffs are very friendly and kind. I was put in the very neat and wide room and had fabulous relaxed time at room. The hotel is located a bit suberbn area of Vienna. However, closest underground Ottakring station is the terminal and you must not miss it. Vienna is relatively small town and easy to understand the whole underground railways. Thus, there were no problems regarding the transportation. Good staffs and great relaxation at this hotel.
